Posted on

Professor Harald Halbhuber is seeking a Teaching Assistant for his Spring 2027 Securities Regulation course – LAW-LW.10322 at NYU.

Professor Halbhuber is a capital markets practitioner, and the course will emphasize a transactional and advisory perspective. Applicants should ideally have taken Securities Regulation, but Professor Halbhuber is prepared to consider applicants from students that have taken Corporations and otherwise make a strong case for their interest and ability.

The class will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. For general information about TA-ing, see here: https://www.law.nyu.edu/academicservices/academic-policies/non-classroom-credits/teaching-assistants.

To apply, please send a résumé, transcript (or unofficial grade history), and a few sentences about your interest to Professor Halbhuber at: hhalbhuber@cgsh.com.
