Professor Hershkoff would like to hire a Research Assistant who was trained in a civil law system and can read French. The research pertains to justiciability doctrine under French law, and especially under the Napoleonic Code. Research assistants can choose to receive 1 or 2 RA credits, or monetary compensation at the standard law school rate of $15.00/hour. 1 RA credit entails a minimum of 45 hours of work; 2 RA credits requires at least 90 hours of work.
