Jessica Rofé, Deputy Director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic, is seeking a 2L or 3L law student to provide 10-15 hours/week of research assistance in issues of immigration law, specifically in connection with Freedom of Information Act litigation relating to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s use of Alternatives to Detention.
Position runs immediately and may continue through December 15, 2023. Workload is flexible to accommodate the students’ needs and breaks.
