The World Bank Group’s Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a highly competitive and rewarding opportunity for talented individuals to join the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA to work on global development challenges. It aims to recruit and develop future leaders with diverse backgrounds and technical expertise who are passionate about international development.
