The Rose Sheinberg Program seeks 1L students to serve on the organizing committee for the rest of their time in law school. Each year, the Program invites a person working on cutting-edge issues of gender, race and class to spend a day at the Law School, meet with students, faculty, and the larger community, and give a major address. On April 4, Imani Perry will give the 30th Annual Sheinberg Lecture, entitled Race & the Dis/Abling State, introduced by Britney Wilson.
The Committee selects the scholars and organizes the event. Learn more about the program and watch prior lectures at http://www.law.nyu.edu/sheinbergscholar, or contact current committee members.
To apply, use this form to submit a paragraph explaining your interest and upload a resume by FRIDAY, APRIL 19.
