Posted on

The 2024 NYU PILC Fellowship application deadline is Monday, March 4, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. EST.

Graduating NYU Law JD students are invited to apply for the 2024 NYU Public Interest Law Center (PILC) Fellowship with a public interest host organization in the United States or abroad.

Applicants must propose a legal project that they will execute at their host organization. The project does not need to be novel, but it should address a specific issue area of critical need on which their work with the organization will focus.

The fellowship is for one year and begins in the fall following graduation. The fellowship provides a stipend of $50,000. Host organizations are strongly encouraged to supplement the fellow’s salary and provide health and other benefits, but it is not required.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to review PILC’s Project Fellowships and other resources in preparing their applications.
