NYU will participate in the 18th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot this year. And we are inviting applications for the team that will represent NYU at the competition held in person in Frankfurt, Germany, from 9–12 June 2026.
This is a leading global competition in investment arbitration, with a historically grounded case-study argued under modern international law before panels of specialist arbitrators. And it is a good opportunity to have hands-on experience in international investment arbitration advocacy and meet new friends!
The preparation will start on January 2026 over the Winter break, and continue through next semester. The expected commitment includes team meetings once or twice per week next semester, and three meetings per week from May to June.
