Mandatory session for 1Ls seeking to interview with law firms for summer 2027 2L positions

This session will cover the law firm 2L summer recruiting process, including timing, logistics, and strategy. OCS Counselors will provide an overview of both formal and informal aspects of the 2L summer associate recruiting process. We will also discuss employer research and provide practical advice on selecting employers based on your experience, academic record, and individual goals.
If you plan to participate in formal 2L recruiting in the private sector, you are required to attend this session. If you are unable to attend the session, please write to law.careers@nyu.edu.
