Virtual Spring OCI is an optional seven-week program during which a limited number of law firms, in-house counsel legal departments and public sector employers conduct 20-minute screening interviews of 1Ls and 2Ls for summer 2026 positions, and 3Ls and Tax/Itax LLMs for full-time associate positions. Students submit “bids” on a weekly basis to interview with employers of interest, interviews are scheduled by lottery via CSM/Symplicity, and interviews take place virtually via Flo Recruit.
