In addition, the USCIS recently released updated guidance on the new H-1B filing fee clarifying that the fee will not apply to candidates who are requesting a change of status while inside the United States. OCS will host another immigration information session with an immigration attorney in January, and we will partner with the Office of Global Services and Office of Academic Services to host information sessions about Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the spring semester as well.
