Information Regarding Spring 2023 Graduation and Bar Certification

Grades
1.) Spring 2023 grades were due by Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
2.) We have posted all compliant grades received to date.
3.) We continue to follow up with faculty with grading issues and those who have not submitted grades.
4.) We hope to have all grades resolved as soon as possible. Where faculty had personal circumstances and anticipated the grading process to take a few more days, we have instructed them to contact their students about the delay.
5.) We are following up with faculty on any missing grades from previous semesters as well.

Graduation
Graduating students’ records are reviewed frequently. Once all your grades have been posted, you will be graduated by the appropriate office (i.e., J.D. – Office of Academic Services, LL.M. & Tax LL.M. – Office of Graduate Affairs and Office of Graduate Tax).

Bar Certification
1.) Once you have been graduated, your bar certification will be sent to your designated jurisdiction.
2.) You will receive a congratulatory email from the appropriate office (J.D. – Office of Academic Services, LL.M. & Tax LL.M. – Office of Graduate Affairs and Office of Graduate Tax); and

Diplomas
The University Registrar mails diplomas to graduating students starting in late September/early October.
