As you prepare for the upcoming recruiting season for 2L summer 2027 and entry-level/post-graduate positions for fall 2027, we want to introduce you to the Public Sector Recruitment Program (PSRP) for fall 2026. This program will replace Fall OCI for public interest students.
Public sector and government recruiting through PSRP will operate on a pure application collection model:
- How it works: Participating public sector and government employers’ listings will be posted on CSM/Symplicity. You will apply directly through CSM/Symplicity by uploading the employers’ requested materials (e.g., resumes, cover letters, transcripts, writing samples, reference lists, etc.).
- Where to find them: All PSRP postings will be viewable under the Jobs tab on CSM/Symplicity. Each CSM/Symplicity posting will include “PSRP,” the employer name, and class year in the title so that students can easily determine employers of interest.
- Deadlines: Application deadlines for individual employers will fall staggered between September 14 and October 30, 2026.
- Stay tuned: To help you keep track of these dates, we will send out weekly email reminders and include announcements in The Docket highlighting upcoming employer deadlines, so you never miss an opportunity. Once an employer’s deadline passes, we will bundle students’ applications and send them directly to the organization. If the employer is interested in interviewing you, they will contact you directly to schedule interviews on their own timeline.
Please Note: We expect the list of registered employers to continue to grow over the coming weeks. Please check CSM/Symplicity regularly for the most up-to-date list of PSRP employers.
