A Road Less Traveled with Ashika Singh ’05

Please join us for lunch on Tuesday, March 24, for the next installment in our 2025-2026 Road Less Traveled series.
We’ll be speaking with Ashika Singh ’05, Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton, where she is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Singh was the Forrester Fellow at Tulane University Law School. From 2011 to 2015, she was an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State, where she advised the Department on various legal issues relating to military operations, counterterrorism, and diplomatic security. Ms. Singh regularly speaks and writes on public international law, and currently serves on the Executive Council of the American Society for International Law (ASIL). She is the Co-Chair of the International Humanitarian Law Committee of the American Branch of the International Law Association. She graduated from NYU Law in 2005.
