The Richard C. Failla LGBTQ Commission is dedicated to promoting equal participation and access throughout the court system by all persons regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. This effort includes fostering sensitivity for and progress by LGBTQ persons in NY courts. Speakers will discuss the court system, their pathway to the bench, and their experiences as LGBTQ people in the field of law.
