Courses: Antitrust: International and Comparative Seminar, Competition Law, Digital Regulation and the Intangible Economy Seminar
Details: The professor is seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support: 1) Work on a monograph on competition law and the intangible economy and working papers on the intersection of competition law and IP rights/innovation law and competition law and industrial policy; and 2) Organization of two major competition law events in New York and Washington DC. Successful candidates will contribute to research in one or more of the following areas, including, Competition law/Antitrust, Artificial intelligence and the legal system, IP and Innovation policy, Data science/empirical legal research.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting legal and interdisciplinary research; Literature reviews and synthesis of academic work; Data collection and analysis; Drafting research summaries and reports; Supporting conference logistics

Essential Requirements: Strong academic background in law, economics, data science or related disciplines; Excellent research and analytical skills – Proficiency in legal research databases and methodologies; Outstanding written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail;

Desirable: Interest in interdisciplinary research approaches
