Policy as a Growth Lever – When Founders Should Engage With Regulators
Companies that build disruptive products and operate within highly regulated industries need a plan for regulatory engagement.
In this workshop, you’ll explore how startups can strategically engage with regulators to drive growth and innovation. We’ll examine case studies of successful founder-regulator interactions and discuss when it’s most effective for founders to participate directly in policy discussions. You’ll learn practical strategies for navigating complex regulatory landscapes and turning potential obstacles into opportunities for your business. We’ll cover key principles for building productive relationships with policymakers and articulating your company’s value proposition in regulatory contexts. By the end of this session, you’ll have a framework for determining when and how to engage with regulators, and for how to think about policy as a growth level.
