The Hauser Global Law School Program is pleased to announce the following new colloquium offering for Fall 2023, to be taught by Hauser Faculty Director Professor Kevin E. Davis and Professor J.H.H. Weiler:

Meeting times: Tuesdays 8:50 – 10:50 am; Thursdays 1:30 – 3:30 pm. (class meets irregularly for seven weeks)
Instructors: Profs. J.H.H. Weiler and Kevin E. Davis
This colloquium is geared toward students interested in engaging critically with legal scholars from around the world and scholarship on comparative, foreign, international, and transnational law. It will feature discussions of research being conducted by scholars visiting NYU under the auspices of the Global Fellows and Emile Noël Fellows programs. Sessions will be organized around presentations of research proposals or draft manuscripts followed by a discussion period and will be open to members of the NYU community. The colloquium offers students exposure to current scholarship and insight into the process of legal research and writing. Enrollment will be by application. Interested students should send a short statement of interest to Professor Davis at ked2@nyu.edu.
