The following law firms have made on-demand virtual training opportunities available for free for students:
Latham and Watkins has created seven Virtual Experience Programs for students. Each program immerses participants in navigating legal issues in a transaction or litigation matter, and provides a look into what life is like at a global law firm. These are free programs that are open to NYU Law students; you must register with an NYU email address. The following programs are being offered: (1) White Collar Defense & Investigations, (2) Mergers and Acquisitions, (3) Emerging Companies, (4) Intellectual Property Litigation, (5) Restructuring & Special Situations, (6) Banking, (7) Antitrust & Competition.
Morrison Foerster has created two virtual job simulations for students to learn more about their Litigation and Patent practices. Morrison Foerster designed these two programs to showcase their work and culture, and for students to develop practical skills anytime, anywhere, and on their own pace.
