As part of Guarini Global Law and Tech’s ongoing research project on Global Data Law, we are excited to host a panel event to explore how global data law works in practice by hearing from practicing global data lawyers!
This event will feature a panel of NYU Law alumni and friends working in technology and data law at law firms and as in-house counsel. The panelists will discuss how data and ‘global data law’ is relevant to their career and work, as well as share their experiences of becoming data lawyers with NYU students.
Following the panel discussion, students will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panel. The event will be followed by an informal networking reception.
The event is open to all NYU Law students who are interested in the intersections of law, technology, data and global governance, and who are interested in learning about careers in this space.
